Oven Ranch Chicken

This is an easy and flavorful recipe.  Throw some chicken in a bag with Ranch dressing and marinate for a bit. Toss them in some bread crumbs and cheese and bake.

Oven Ranch Chicken
3 lbs Boneless Chicken (I used thighs but will use tenders next time)
1 cup Ranch Dressing (or enough to coat)
1 cup Bread crumbs or Panko
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2-2 Tbsp Creole Seasoning or similar seasoned salt (use less if using seasoned bread crumbs or more if plain of panko)

Toss chicken in a baggie with the ranch dressing.  Let marinate at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven.  Mix Bread crumbs, cheese and Creole seasoning in a dish.  Using tongs, coat each piece of chicken and place on a foil or parchment paper lined pan. Leave an inch or two between pieces so it can crisp.
Tenders- 400 for 15-20 min
Boneless skinless chicken Thighs- 425 for 25-35 min
Breasts- 375 for 30-35 min
Bone-in pieces- 375 from 45-60 min
Leftovers! Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches
Reheat the chicken and heat some marinara sauce.  On a cookie sheet, open some rolls and layer chicken with marinara and cheese.  Broil till bread is toasted and cheese is bubbly.

The boys loved it both ways:)
